A performance improvement plan gave an employee "ample" opportunity to demonstrate better workplace communication, but she "missed it by a mile", a commission has ruled in upholding her dismissal.
Western Australian Industrial Relations Senior Commissioner Rachel Cosentino found the employee failed to change her correspondence with her manager, which was passive-aggressive, disrespectful and hurtful.
