Workplace issues raised in stop-bullying proceedings could be addressed by clearer guidance and "more rigorous processes", the Fair Work Commission has found, in declining to issue orders.
The application highlighted some "poor" management decisions, however Commissioner Scott Connolly said there was no evidence of bullying.
The Doutta Galla Aged Services registered nurse sought stop-bullying orders against the employer and two managers. Among other things, she claimed she was subjected to: retaliation and micromanagement; procedurally unfair performance processes; and vexatious complaints that aimed to put pressure on her.
