An employee had "untenable" expectations for workplace adjustments, the Fair Work Commission has found, given she hadn't disclosed a psychological condition to her employer.
Commissioner Tim Lee rejected the employee's argument that she was constructively dismissed due to the employer's "sustained course of conduct".
The employee had been working as a connection coach in Anglicare Tasmania's housing connect division since July 2024.
In making a general protections claim involving dismissal, the employee argued she had no choice but to resign in February this year because the employer had: failed to provide a psychologically safe work environment; engaged in persistent bullying and harassment; and failed to approve her request for leave to attend fortnightly psychologist appointments...
