The challenge of accurately measuring people-related practices remains a significant hurdle for organisations, and new research suggests the risk of basing strategic decisions on faulty data has driven some executives to ask, 'why bother?'.
Inventium's latest Future of Work report, based on findings from an academic literature review and in-depth interviews with leaders from Australia and beyond, says a lack of precise measurement tools "obscures the true effectiveness of organisational interventions".
