Employees' expectations have evolved in significant ways, however targeting four key themes, and particularly handling change management well, helps to drive up EX metrics, new data shows.
According to Qualtrics research, the way to meet and exceed employees' expectations for their employment experience is to focus on leadership, growth, culture, and customer experience.
These four elements address the fundamental core needs and motivations that influence employee experience, according to Qualtrics principal psychologist and global EX advisor, Antonio Pangallo, who delivered the findings at the company's recent X4 Summit.
"People are always talking to us [saying], 'we're doing all these interventions, we're changing our experiences practically, but we don't seem to see the needle shifting on a lot of EX outcomes'," he says.
The challenge is, "what's missing? What's that missing piece?"...
