How leading employers prevent D&I pushback

In light of pockets of "pushback" against workplace diversity and inclusion, it's never been more important for employers to get their messaging right, a D&I leader says.

Speaking to HR Daily shortly after US President Donald Trump announced he planned to scrap government DEI programs, Diversity Council Australia interim CEO Chris Lamb acknowledged that not everyone understands the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces.
