A senior HR leader, who claims he was victimised after raising concerns about his employer's approach to managing women, has failed to convince the Federal Court to grant interim reinstatement orders.
After considering whether, on a prima facie basis, the HR leader's case looked strong enough to warrant granting the interlocutory injunction he sought, Federal Court Justice Berna Collier said: "While I consider that [his] case is arguable, I do not consider it strongly arguable."
