HR's "impossible task" made easier with generative AI tools

Some resistance to using artificial intelligence in "the most human of business functions" is understandable, but people and culture teams have far more to gain than lose from it, according to an experienced HR executive.

"HR's currency is human connection, our superpower is understanding, yet every day, HR professionals across the globe have the impossible task of being all things to all people and everywhere all at once," says Humaneer co-founder Annie Johnson.
