Recognition for frontline staff "doesn't need to be tied up with bureaucracy", according to a chief people leader now embarking on a major transformation and EVP project.
Darryl Prince recently joined security company Certis as senior vice president of people and transformation, tasked with the people side of a broader overhaul as the business moves more into the technology space of security, he tells HR Daily.
