HR transformation aims for 'safer, smarter, better' people practices

Recognition for frontline staff "doesn't need to be tied up with bureaucracy", according to a chief people leader now embarking on a major transformation and EVP project.

Darryl Prince recently joined security company Certis as senior vice president of people and transformation, tasked with the people side of a broader overhaul as the business moves more into the technology space of security, he tells HR Daily.

"Traditionally security has been all just about manpower, whereas we are using tech to help the customer achieve their purpose, and then changing the mindset of the employees within the organisation to use that tech to drive different outcomes," he explains...
