A manager who was accused of "hysterical" and aggressive behaviour towards an employee experiencing work difficulties did not bully her, the Fair Work Commission has ruled.
The employee worked for the Fair Work Commission as a conciliator, and in February this year she sought stop-bullying orders against the director of the national conciliation service.
She claimed that in response to seeking support regarding difficult cases, she was victimised, intimidated, humiliated, abused and criticised, and said she had suffered "significant distress and related medical symptoms as well as lost time"...
