A health topic that once attracted little interest is starting to go "gangbusters", according to a productivity and wellness coach, who says the best employers are becoming "very strategic" with how they address it.
About four years ago, Menopause at Work APAC founder Thea O'Connor held a presentation on menopause that was promoted to thousands of HR practitioners, and "a grand total of two" showed up.
