A manager wasn't forced to resign due to "ongoing psychological safety hazards"; rather, she just didn't like working for the employer, the Fair Work Commission has found.
Accepting that coworkers' complaints about the manager's behaviour were genuine, Commissioner Pearl Lim found they depicted a "spread of events" supporting a conclusion that she resigned "of her own volition".
