Increasing employee demands and expectations associated with the 'me economy' are understandable, but they're also unsustainable, according to a workplace culture specialist.
Corporate coach and EST10 founder Roxanne Calder says members of older generations can be quick to deem the 'me economy' a sign of selfishness or entitlement associated with younger generations.
However, she tells HR Daily, this would be a "dangerous" mistake – "it's really more about the rise of the individual employment bargain".
