A "mountain of evidence" from colleagues about an employee's behaviour at work has undermined his appeal against misconduct findings.
Numerous workers gave specific examples of the employee's swearing and demeaning comments, Queensland Industrial Relations Commissioner Roslyn McLennan noted, accepting that he also appeared to "bestow nicknames" on others depending on how he felt about them.
