Working through a Reconciliation Action Plan has the end result of improving all workplace policies and procedures, according to a chief people and culture officer whose organisation recently completed the 'Innovate' tier.
And because a RAP is about curiosity, respect and understanding, and creating "opportunities to lift people up", it strengthens the organisation's culture and makes the workplace safer for all employees, Konica Minolta Australia CPO Gabrielle Stevens says.
