The ABC's employee complaints process is "not straightforward" and lacking in follow-up, to the extent that calls into question its ability to ensure a safe workplace, a review has found.
ABC managing director David Anderson commissioned the independent review last year, following public discussion and comments about racist behaviour at the organisation and how it responds to both external and internal acts of racism.
