A senior employee should have known that his occasional rudeness might impact a colleague, but his behaviour didn't rise to the level of bullying, a court has ruled in awarding him $368k for wrongful dismissal.
In May 2022, I-Med Central Queensland sacked the senior radiologist without notice, after an investigation substantiated allegations he had bullied a colleague over the past two years and sexually harassed another staff member at the 2021 work Christmas party.
