There are two "invisibility points" holding back the progression and retention of women in male-dominated industries, a strategic leadership advisor says.
Many employers in these industries don't have issues attracting female talent, according to Cultivate Sponsorship founder Katriina Tahka, but they tend to lose women mid-career.
"There's a lot of focus on reporting on women in senior leadership, and that's great," Tahka tells HR Daily. "But what if you're losing the middle of your pipeline?"
