Helping employees feel supported to adapt to change is one of the key ways employers can drive up their engagement levels in the coming year, a workplace expert says.
According to Qualtrics' latest employee experience research, released today, 40% of Australians are feeling pressure to be more productive, which is causing lower engagement, wellbeing, and intent to stay (read more about the research here).
