The seriousness with which regulators are taking psychosocial hazards means employers should expect any bullying complaint to be investigated, regardless of whether an injury has been sustained, a safety expert says.
Psychosocial hazards are "serious stuff", says Martyn Campbell, who was previously CEO of SafeWork South Australia and a board member of Safe Work Australia, and is now a specialist advisor with compliance platform Rely.
