Traditional view of sexual harassment perpetuates underreporting

Workplace sexual harassment training "overwhelmingly" focuses on male-to-female conduct, which could perpetuate stigma and underreporting among men who are harassed by men, a lawyer warns.

The caution follows the response a male executive received when he raised concerns about male-to-male sexual harassment – yes, the employer had policies, but they were really "for the women", a line manager said.
