An attempt to block access to mental health records in a dispute about an employee's physical condition has failed, with a Tribunal refusing to "divorce" the two issues.

In 2023, Comcare accepted liability for a physical condition related to a work-related injury sustained by former Labor MP Emma Husar, but declined to cover her costs of exercise physiology and massage therapy.
