The Fair Work Commission has rejected five stop-bullying applications filed by separate workers, finding they faced no continued risk of bullying.
In the first case, the FWC dismissed four stop-bullying applications lodged by a single worker, after allowing them to remain open "for a lengthy period".
The orthopaedic surgeon, who was accredited to perform surgeries at a hospital run by Adventist HealthCare Limited, sought stop-bullying orders against the organisation's CEO, chief medical officer, and deputy director of medical services.
Denying any bullying occurred, the parties objected to the surgeon's applications on jurisdictional grounds...
