An employee with a psychological injury and who claimed he had an unsafe workload wasn't forced to resign, the Fair Work Commission has found.
The evidence didn't support the employee's claim that the employer failed to implement medical recommendations, Commissioner Sharon Durham said, noting his certificates contained "considerations rather than explicit directions".
The employee, a Chinese teacher at Westside Christian College in Queensland, resigned on 17 April this year, then filed a general protections dismissal claim the next day.
