Visibility of work on the horizon lowers key attrition risk

An employer is reporting higher engagement and lower attrition risks among its workforce, following a technology transformation that increased the visibility of work in its pipeline.

Before the switch, human capital solutions and payroll services provider Zalaris was effectively operating as six different businesses, its global head of consulting Mike Ellis tells HR Daily.

Now, it has a more unified, transparent operating model; every project has the same governance structure, and people leaders in different countries are having common discussions, in a common language, and gaining insights from common data.
