Change and transformation director Natalie Tesolin leads a team of 20 people in a public sector agency, and she takes their wellbeing goals as seriously as their career goals.
When it comes to herself, however, this wasn't always the case.
About 15 years ago, right as she was finishing her degree to become an HR professional, Tesolin was diagnosed with myeloid leukemia. Rather than put her studies on hold, she completed them from a hospital bed. And when she got out, her top priority wasn't her health, it was her career.
