A global head of talent with more than 25 years' experience in the field expects all her HR business partners to be proficient when it comes to talking about three things: the company's product, customers, and P&L.
As Atlassian, anchored by its 'team anywhere' approach, works to further incorporate AI into its products and prepare for enterprise expansion, its recently promoted CPO says her top priority is to ensure HR is a function as integral to the business and as deeply embedded as any other.
